Myndshare provides venture building services including but not limited to:

• AI application development and engineering
• Automation and workflow design
• Production infrastructure and operations
• Capital strategy and introductions
• Legal and incorporation support

Specific services and deliverables are defined in individual engagement agreements.

Our services are provided on a selective basis. Acceptance into our program is merit-based and depends on factors including traction, fit, timing, and available capacity. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

Intellectual property rights are defined in individual engagement agreements. Generally:

• You retain ownership of your domain expertise and proprietary information
• Work product created during engagement is typically assigned to the venture entity
• Myndshare retains rights to our methodologies, tools, and frameworks

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Specific confidentiality terms are outlined in separate non-disclosure agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myndshare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms specified in the engagement agreement. Certain obligations, including confidentiality and intellectual property provisions, survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
