What types of founders do you work with?
We partner with established domain experts (10+ years experience) who have a proven track record in their field—whether you're an independent consultant, coach, corporate specialist, or employed expert in a specific domain. You should have an active network and the ability to identify 10+ potential early customers by name.
How much of my time will this require?
Expect 10-15 hours/week during the validation phase (first 6 weeks), then 5-10 hours/week during build. You'll be most involved in customer interviews, content creation, and strategic decisions—not technical implementation. We handle all the code.
What if I don't have a technical background?
Perfect. We're looking for domain experts who know their field deeply, not developers. Your job is to articulate the problem and solution—we handle all the technical execution, from UX to backend to monitoring.
How much does this cost?
We work on an equity partnership model. There's no upfront cash required, but you'll need to invest your time and expertise. We'll discuss the specific structure on the founder call based on your situation and commitment level.
What if we discover there's no market?
We timebox validation to 6 weeks. If we can't find paying customers willing to commit, we'll help you pivot or part ways professionally. Better to know early than waste 2 years building the wrong thing.
Do I need to quit my job?
No. Most of our founders keep their consulting practice or day job during validation. Once we prove traction and you're ready to scale, we'll discuss transition options. This is designed to de-risk the leap.
How do you reduce risk in the early phase?
We timebox validation, instrument outcomes, and use established legal and operational frameworks so you don't rebuild foundations later. You'll know within 6 weeks if this has legs.
How does capital access work?
Qualified ventures may receive support on capital strategy and introductions through PE/VC relationships once traction and fit are demonstrated. Capital comes after validation, not before.
